How to hide the title bar?

Hiding the title bar:

requestWindowFeature(Window.FEATURE_NO_TITLE); 

requestWindowFeature(Window.FEATURE_PROGRESS);

and to hide the status bar:

getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN,

WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN);
