Dell Streak 7 likely to be announced by T-Mobile next month at CES

The Wall Street Journal reported that Dell would release their 7-inch tablet back in September, but for whatever reasons the project was put on hold. Now after several months of waiting, the Dell Streak 7 has showed its face once again.
Today Engadget posted a leaked slide deck that details an upcoming Dell commercial for the tablet and TmoNewsreported that several T-Mobile employees have started to see accessories for the Dell Streak 7 appear in their inventory system.
We already know that T-Mobile has their CES media event scheduled for January 6th and they will be talking about new Android phones, faster network speeds, and 4G tablets. We have it on good record that T-Mobile will use the event to announce the Dell Streak 7.
Based on previous leaks we expect the Streak 7 will run Android 2.2 with Dell’s custom Stage UI. Other features include a Tegra 2 processor, 7-inch Gorilla Glass touchscreen, GPS navigation, e-Reader application, rear and front-facing cameras, and support for T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network.
At this point it’s kind of hard to get excited about any Android devices from Dell, but maybe the new leadership will turn around their mobile division. What do you think Dell’s chances of success are with the upcoming Streak 7?
